1. Information We Collect

When you join the CueAhead early access list or contact us, we may collect information you provide directly, including:

• Email address
• Primary marketplace
• Product category, if provided
• Optional message content

The website and its infrastructure may also process basic technical and security logs, such as request time, browser or device information, IP-derived security data, and error records, for site operation, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

VOXO LLC may use information to:

• Manage early access requests
• Communicate CueAhead product updates
• Evaluate user needs and interest in planned features
• Maintain website and form security
• Prevent abuse, spam, and fraudulent submissions
• Comply with legal obligations
• Improve the website and future CueAhead service

3. Early Access Communications

Early access contact information is used for communications about CueAhead development, research, launch progress, and future testing opportunities. We do not use the early access form to enroll users in unrelated marketing programs.

Each promotional or product-update email will provide a reasonable method to unsubscribe. You may also withdraw from early access communications at any time by emailing support@cueahead.com.

4. Marketplace Account Data

The current CueAhead website does not connect to Etsy member accounts and does not collect Etsy transaction data. If marketplace integrations are introduced, this Policy will be updated before those integrations are made available.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We do not currently use non-essential analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels on cueahead.com. The hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to operate and protect the service.

If optional analytics or non-essential cookies are introduced, this Policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before those tools are enabled.

6. How We Share Information

VOXO LLC does not sell personal information collected through the CueAhead early access form.

We may share limited information with service providers that support hosting and infrastructure, email and form processing, security, or fraud prevention. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to VOXO LLC and subject to applicable contractual obligations.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, or support a business transfer, merger, financing, or acquisition.

7. Data Retention

Early access information may be retained while CueAhead product development and related communications continue, until you ask us to delete it, or for as long as applicable legal, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping requirements make retention necessary.

Rate-limiting and technical security records may be retained for the period reasonably needed to protect the form and website.

8. Data Security

VOXO LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the development stage of the service. These may include encrypted transmission, access controls, input validation, rate limiting, and infrastructure security controls.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, or other sensitive data through the early access form.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request:

• Access to personal information associated with you
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of personal information
• Withdrawal from early access or marketing communications
• Information about how your data is processed

10. International Users

CueAhead is operated by VOXO LLC in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws in your country.

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other regions retain any rights available under applicable law. We will evaluate and implement additional transfer or compliance measures as the service and its availability expand.

11. Children's Privacy

CueAhead is intended for business and ecommerce users and is not directed to children under 13. A higher minimum age may apply where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as CueAhead, its data practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version and its “Last updated” date will be published at the top of this page. Material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate.
