1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cueahead.com or any CueAhead service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or service.

2. Development Status

CueAhead is currently in development and is not yet generally available. Product descriptions reflect the present development direction. Features, interfaces, methodology, data sources, and availability may change before or after launch. Development access may contain errors or be modified, paused, or discontinued.

3. Description of Service

CueAhead is developing product opportunity intelligence and decision-support tools for online sellers. Planned capabilities may connect permitted marketplace, search-interest, competition, seasonal, and historical signals to help users evaluate product ideas and timing. The current website provides product information and an early access form.

4. No Guarantee of Results

CueAhead does not guarantee product demand, sales, profitability, market performance, or business success. All indicators, scores, forecasts, and examples are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only.

Trend or opportunity indicators are not certain predictions. Marketplace conditions can change quickly, and available data may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or unavailable. You remain responsible for your own commercial decisions and results.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for evaluating information independently and for your product, pricing, sourcing, inventory, advertising, and investment decisions. You are also responsible for:

• Following applicable marketplace and platform rules
• Checking product rights, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property
• Complying with applicable laws, taxes, and consumer-protection requirements
• Using CueAhead outputs accurately and without misleading others

6. Permitted Use

You may use the public website and any access granted to you for lawful personal or legitimate commercial research, evaluation of CueAhead, early access participation, and other purposes expressly made available through the service. Future accounts or integrations may be subject to additional terms.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use CueAhead for illegal, deceptive, or abusive activity
• Scrape CueAhead or third-party services without authorization
• Reverse engineer protected portions of the service where prohibited by law
• Interfere with security, availability, or access controls
• Use automated methods in a manner that creates abuse or excessive load
• Resell protected raw data or restricted CueAhead outputs
• Misrepresent estimates, examples, scores, or indicators as verified results
• Infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
• Use the service to violate marketplace or platform terms

8. Third-Party Platforms and Data

Marketplace APIs, search data, licensed datasets, and other third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. Access, permissions, rate limits, fields, accuracy, availability, and terms may change, be interrupted, or be terminated without CueAhead's control.

Unless expressly stated in writing, CueAhead is not endorsed, certified, or sponsored by Etsy or any other third-party marketplace. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Intellectual Property

CueAhead branding, the website design, software, product interfaces, methodology, and original content are owned by VOXO LLC or its applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you except for the limited right to use the service as permitted by these Terms.

Third-party marketplace data and content remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

10. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide general product suggestions or feedback that do not contain confidential information, VOXO LLC may use that feedback to evaluate and improve CueAhead without obligation to compensate you.

This provision does not transfer ownership of your private store data, account data, product content, or other materials that you own.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cueahead.com and any development-stage CueAhead service are provided “as is” and “as available.” VOXO LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VOXO LLC and its managers, members, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, inventory, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to CueAhead, third-party data, or reliance on product research outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold VOXO LLC harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of CueAhead, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights. VOXO LLC will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and allow reasonable participation in its defense.

14. Changes and Availability

VOXO LLC may add, modify, limit, pause, or discontinue CueAhead features, content, integrations, data sources, or availability. We may also update these Terms. The revised date will be posted at the top of this page, and material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate.

15. Suspension and Termination

The current public website does not offer user accounts. If account access is introduced, VOXO LLC may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, security risks, unlawful conduct, third-party requirements, or threats to users or the service. Any account-specific terms will be provided when accounts become available.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a specific future feature, constitute the entire agreement between you and VOXO LLC concerning the public CueAhead website and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
